Fourteen Carat Cake
Fourteen Carat Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1 1/2 tsp. soda, 1 tsp. salt and 2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Sift together first 5 ingredients.
Add sugar, oil and eggs, mixing well.
Stir in carrots, drained pineapple and nuts.
Turn into 3 greased and floured 9-inch layer cake pans or a 13 x 9-inch pan and bake 35 to 40 minutes, until top springs back when lightly touched.
Cool a few minutes in pans; turn onto wire racks to cool.
Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
