Fourteen Carat Cake
Fourteen Carat Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1 1/2 tsp/ baking soda, 1 tsp. salt and 2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Preheat oven to 350Β°. Sift together first 5 ingredients.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs with a wire whisk.
Add sugar and beat until dissolved.
Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
Pour into 3 greased and floured 9 inch cake pans.
Bake 35 - 40 minutes, until done.
Cool in pans 10 minutes.
Invert onto racks to cool completely.
