Four Bean Salad
Four Bean Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (no. 303) can waxed beans, 1 can kidney beans, 1 french-style green beans, 1 can baby lima beans and 1 large green pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain beans and rinse.
Drain thoroughly.
Dissolve sugar in vinegar.
Add salt.
Bring to a boil.
Set aside to cool. Combine other ingredients and pour vinegar mixture over them.
Mix well. Store in 2-quart jars in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving. Salad will keep several days in refrigerator.
