Four Bean Salad
Four Bean Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. can (2 c.) kidney beans, drained, 1 lb. can (2 c.) cut wax beans, drained, 1 lb. can (2 c.) black-eyed peas, drained, 1 lb. can (2 c.) cut green beans, drained and 1/2 tsp. dried basil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place beans in shallow baking dish.
Combine all remaining ingredients, except onion rings.
Pour over beans.
Cover and chill several hours or overnight.
Just before serving, add onion rings.
Toss lightly, drain.
Transfer to large lettuce-lined salad bowl.
