Form a Circle Chicken
Form A Circle Chicken is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 2 hours 14 minutes. Made with whole chicken, cut up (skin removed), garlic cloves, crushed/diced, to 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced 1/8-inch thick, green onions, chopped and cube butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute green onions, mushrooms and garlic in the butter. Remove from pan use a separate skillet.
Debone chicken breasts and put a slice of Monterey Jack cheese on top.
Roll up both halves.
In a 5-quart Dutch oven, spread 1 can of soup on the bottom.
Put the breast halves in the middle and use the rest of the chicken parts to form a circle around the breasts.
Top other pieces of chicken with a slice of cheese and top with the mushroom sauce.
Carefully spread the last can of soup over the top.
Put on lid and bake at 325° to 350° for 1 hour.
Serve with a baked potato, French bread and green salad.
