Foolproof Cheese Soufflé
Foolproof Cheese Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. minute tapioca, 1 c. milk, 1 tsp. salt, 1 c. grated sharp cheese and 3 beaten egg yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine in top of double boiler the Minute tapioca, milk and salt over boiling water and bring to a scalding point (3 to 5 minutes).
Cook 5 minutes more, stirring constantly.
Add grated cheese and stir until melted.
Remove from heat and boiling water. Cool slightly.
Add egg yolks and mix well.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Turn into greased casserole dish, placed in pan of hot water.
Bake in a 350° oven for 50 minutes or until firm.
