Flat Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. old fashioned oats, 1 tbsp. salt, 2 tbsp. sugar, 4 c. flour and baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine the first 5 ingredients.
Add milk and oil; mix well. Roll 1 tablespoon of dough very thin on well floured pastry cloth to dinner plate size.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 3 minutes; turn over and bake 2 to 4 minutes more, until crisp golden brown.
Bake at 375Β°.
Cool on cooling rack.
Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
