Flan(Cuban)
Flan(Cuban) is an easy dinner. Made with 6 large eggs, 1 qt. milk, 1/4 c. granulated sugar (for bottom of pan), 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 can condensed milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Beat eggs well.
Add milk and vanilla.
Melt sugar in pan on low heat.
Strain egg mixture into pan.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Place mixture in double pan.
Place water in bottom pan (hot water). Cook 1 1/2 hours.
Be sure water doesn't splash in egg mixture.
