Five Pounds Of Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. sugar, 1 can evaporated milk, 1/3 c. oleo, 18 oz. chocolate chips (three 6 oz. pkg.) and 1 pt. marshmallow cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mix sugar, milk and oleo and bring to boil.
Cook 8 minutes to "soft ball" stage.
Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla.
