Fish Florentine
Fish Florentine is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fish fillets, sole or flounder, 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained, 10 whole wheat crackers, crushed, 3 tbsp. parmesan cheese and 3 tbsp. wheat germ (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Arrange fillets in bottom of shallow baking dish. Cover fish with well drained spinach. Combine crackers, cheese and wheat germ (if used). Pour over fish and spinach.
Bake, uncovered at 400Β° for 15-20 Min.
