Fish Fillet Roll-Ups
Fish Fillet Roll-Ups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. butter or margarine, 1/4 c. lemon juice, 2 tsp. granulated chicken bouillon mix, 1 tsp. tabasco sauce and 1 c. cooked rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Melt butter in small saucepan.
Add lemon juice, bouillon and Tabasco sauce.
Heat slowly.
Set aside. In medium bowl, combine cooked rice, spinach, cheese and 1/4 cup lemon-butter sauce.
Mix well.
Divide rice and spinach mixture equally among fillets.
Roll up and place seam-side down in baking dish.
Pour remaining sauce over roll-ups.
Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 25 minutes or until fish flakes.
