Combine sugar and cocoa.
Stir in just enough pet milk to make everything stick together.
Filling must be very stiff.
Roll out pie crust or canned biscuits to make a large circle.

Add one rounded tsp. chocolate filling and half a pat of butter.
Fold in half and with teeth of fork dipped in flour, press around edges to seal.
