Cook fettucine and keep warm.
Heat olive oil and cook garlic until it begins to brown.
Stir in olives, parsley, oregano, red pepper and 1/2 cup water over high heat just to boiling; stir occasionally.
Stir olive mixture into fettucine in saucepot.
