Fettucine Abruzzese
Fettucine Abruzzese is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. olive oil, 6 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed, 1/2 lb. mushrooms, 1 tsp. crushed red pepper and 2 tbsp. parsley, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat olive oil in pan.
Saute garlic until golden.
Add mushrooms and saute until soft.
Add red pepper, parsley and broth and heat for 5 minutes.
Cook fettucine until "al dente."
Drain and add to pan.
