Fettuccine Primavera
Fettuccine Primavera is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breast, in small cubes, 1/2 c. sliced green onions, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms and 1 c. each: slivered zucchini and red bell pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute chicken and onions in olive oil until white.
Add veggies and saute 2 more minutes.
Add spaghetti sauce and shrimp. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes or until shrimp is cooked and chicken is cooked through.
Stir in spinach; cook to 3 to 5 minutes.
Serve over noodles, topped with cheese.
