Feta Cheese Chicken Breasts
Feta Cheese Chicken Breasts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 large chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved lengthwise, 6 slices churay feta cheese, 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 1/2 c. parmesan cheese and 2 tbsp. chopped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Pound chicken breasts to about 5 x 5-inches.
Place Feta cheese in center and roll up, tucking in sides.
Combine crumbs, cheese and parsley.
Dip chicken in melted butter, then roll in crumbs.
Place in shallow pan and pour remaining butter over breasts.
Cover with foil and bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and continue baking 20 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
