Festive Bean Salad
Festive Bean Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans (15 to 16 oz. each) great northern beans, rinsed and drained, 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained, 2 c. peeled, seeded and chopped tomatoes, 1 diced sweet red pepper and 1 diced sweet yellow pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine beans and tomatoes in a large bowl.
Add peppers and sliced green onions.
Stir gently to combine.
Set aside.
Combine salsa, vinegar, cilantro or basil and pepper in a small bowl. Stir with a wire whisk until well blended.
Pour over bean mixture and toss gently.
Chill 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
Serves 10 to 12.
