Favorite Rhubarb Crisp
Favorite Rhubarb Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, 3/4 c. granulated sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, 4 tbsp. margarine and 1/3 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat egg and stir in granulated sugar and 2 Tbsp. flour.
Add rhubarb and blend.
Spoon into buttered 8 inch baking dish. Combine margarine, brown sugar and 2/3 c. flour and cut to crumbs. Sprinkle over rhubarb.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
Note: Doubles nicely.
