Favorite Meat Loaf
Favorite Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1/4 c. milk, 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp. seasoned salt and 1 tsp. onion powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
In a large bowl, beat eggs.
Add milk, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt and onion powder; mix well.
Stir in oats, carrot and parsley.
Combine beef and pork; add to egg mixture and mix well.
Press into a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Top with ketchup. Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours or until no pink remains.
Drain. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
