Mix first three ingredients and press in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 375Β° for 12 minutes. Cool.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip and spread over crust.
Mix pudding with milk and spread over, then cover with remains of Cool Whip. Garnish with toasted coconut or chopped nuts.
