Fantasy Fudge
Fantasy Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. margarine, 2/3 c. undiluted evaporated milk, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits and 1 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine sugar, margarine and milk in heavy, 2 1/2-quart saucepan and bring to full boil, stirring constantly.
Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly, to avoid scorching.
Remove from heat and stir in chocolate bits until melted.
Add marshmallow cream, vanilla and nuts, beating until well blended.
