Fantasy Fudge
Fantasy Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 7 oz. jar marshmallow crème, 1 tsp. vanilla and 3/4 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine sugar, margarine and evaporated milk in heavy gauged 2 1/2 to 3-quart saucepan.
Bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat or until candy reaches 234°, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
Remove from heat; stir in chocolate morsels until melted.
Add Marshmallow Crème, nuts and vanilla.
Beat until well blended; pour into greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Top with nuts; cool at room temperature.
Cut into squares.
Makes 3 pounds.
