Fantasy Fudge
Fantasy Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c sugar, 3/4 c margarine, 2/3 c evaporated milk (5 oz can), 1 12 oz package of chocolate chips and 1 7 oz jar marshmallow crème, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine sugar, margarine, and evaporated milk in heavy saucepan; bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Boil 5 minutes over medium heat stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; stir in chocolate chips until melted add marshmallow crème, nuts and vanilla extract; beat until well blended.
Pour into greased 13 x 9 baking pan.
Cool at room temperature; cut into squares. Makes 3 pounds.
