Family Style Swiss Cheese Fondue
Family Style Swiss Cheese Fondue is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. butter/margarine, 3 tbsp. flour, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, 1/2 tsp. salt and dash of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Melt butter in fondue pot over a moderate direct flame or in a pot on the stove.
Stir in next 5 ingredients.
Stir in milk; cook.
Stirring constantly until sauce is smooth and thickened, turn down heat.
Add cheese, a small amount at a time, and stir until cheese is melted after each addition.
Serves 6 to 8.
Cut in half for a smaller amount.
