Fajitas
Fajitas is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 50 minutes. Made with . boneless sirloin steak (about 1 1/2-inches thick), c. vegetable oil, c. red wine vinegar, . sugar and . oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Trim excess fat from beef steak.
Prick beef with fork in several places.
Mix 1/4 cup oil, the vinegar, sugar, oregano, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper in ungreased square baking dish (8 x 8 x 2-inches).
Place beef in dish, turning once, to coat both sides.
Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, turning meat occasionally.
Broil beef with top about 3 inches from heat about 8 minutes or until brown.
Turn.
Brush beef with marinade.
Broil until done.
Saute onions and peppers in oil. Cut beef diagonally into very thin slices.
