Fairy Cake
Fairy Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 eggs, separated, 7 tbsp. cold water, 1 1/4 c. granulated sugar, 1 1/4 c. cake flour and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

👨🍳 Instructions
Beat 5 egg yolks 5 minutes. Add the cold water and beat 5 minutes more.
Add the granulated sugar and beat 5 minutes more. Add the cake flour (sifted 3 times), salt and vanilla. Beat 5 egg whites until frothy. Add cream of tartar.
Beat stiff, about 15 minutes.
Fold into first mixture.
Bake at 325° to 350° for 1 hour in tube pan.
Cool and ice.
