Fair Ears
Fair Ears is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) loaf frozen white bread dough, 1/3 c. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Thaw dough according to package directions.
Cut into 12 pieces.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out each of the 12 pieces into an oval about 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick.
Heat about 1/2-inch oil in a heavy skillet at medium-high heat.
Cook bread pieces, 1 or 2 at a time, in hot oil for 45 to 60 seconds per side or until dough is brown.
Remove hot ovals with tongs and drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar which has been mixed together.
The finished ears may be kept warm in the oven while frying the rest.
