Fachi Di Vechia
Fachi Di Vechia is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can anchovies or sardines, chopped, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 can tomatoes, lightly drained and mashed (optional), salt, pepper and oregano to taste and olive oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Pat part of the homemade bread (dough recipe follows) out about 1 inch thick onto cookie sheet with sides which has been well oiled some holes down in the dough so topping will sink into dough as it bakes. Let dough rise in warm double size, 1 to 2 hours.
Bake at 350Β°
35 minutes.

Frozen loaves of bread may be used.)
