Everyday Meat Loaf
Everyday Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 beaten eggs, 3/4 c. milk, 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs, 1/4 c. finely chopped parsley and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In a large bowl combine eggs and milk; stir in bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, sage and pepper.
Add ground meat. Thoroughly mix meat and seasonings.
Spoon meat mixture into 5 1/2 cup ring mold or a loaf pan.
Firmly pat meat into mold.
Unmold mixture in a shallow baking pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes. Spoon off the drippings and fat.
