Ethel's Pie Pastry
Ethel'S Pie Pastry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 1/2 c. pastry flour, 1 lb. lard or margarine, 2 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. vinegar and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Put eggs and vinegar in a cup.
Beat well.
Add water to make 1 cup.
Mix all dry ingredients together with lard, cut in well.
Add egg, vinegar and water mixture.
