Eternal Meringue
Eternal Meringue is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. cold water, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 3 egg whites and 3 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Bring cornstarch and water to a boil or until really thick and clear.
Set aside to cool completely.
Beat 3 egg whites until real stiff; add 3 tablespoons sugar.
Beat 1 minute.
Add cooled cornstarch and beat 2 to 3 minutes more.
Put on pie.
Bake 15 minutes at 350Β° until golden brown.
Will not fall or water.
