Escalloped Oysters
Escalloped Oysters is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pt. oysters, 4 tbsp. oyster liquid, 2 tbsp. milk or cream, 1 1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs and 1/2 c. butter or oleo, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix crumbs and melted butter or oleo.
Cover a thin layer of crumbs with oysters.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add some of liquid and cream.
Repeat layers and top with crumbs.
Bake 30 minutes at 450Β°. May double or triple this recipe to make a nice size casserole.
