Escalloped Cabbage
Escalloped Cabbage is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cooked cabbage, 1 c. white sauce (medium), 1/2 c. grated cheese, bread crumbs, buttered and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Shred cabbage; remove hard parts.
Cook in boiling salted water until tender (7 to 10 minutes).
Add grated cheese to medium thick white sauce.
Just before removing from the fire, pour over cabbage in buttered dish.
Cover with buttered bread crumbs and brown in oven.
