Bring ingredients to hard-crack stage (285° to 290°), then spread on a cookie sheet. When cool, spread with melted chocolate and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Press nuts down slightly. When cold, turn candy over and do the same. Candy may break, but it doesn't matter. When cold, break into pieces.
