Enchiladas
Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. corn or flour tortillas, 2 lb. ground meat, 2 onions, 2 cloves garlic or more and 1 can green chiles, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown meat.
Brown onions, garlic and green chiles.
Open can of sauce and heat.
Use a 9 x 13-inch pan and put a little sauce in pan.
Dip tortillas in sauce and fill with meat and onions mixture. Place two olives and cheese.
Roll up and place seam side down in pan.
Continue until pan is full.
Put remaining sauce over all the tortilla and spread with rest of the cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 1/2 hour or more.
Serves 10 to 12.
