Enchilada Pie
Enchilada Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 c. chopped onions, 1 clove garlic, minced, 2 tbsp. butter and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute ground beef, onions and garlic in butter until lightly browned.
Add seasonings, olives and tomato sauce.
Place alternate layers of tortillas, beef sauce and cheese in round 2-quart casserole, ending with cheese.
Pour water, at edge, into casserole; cover.
Bake in preheated 400Β° oven for 30 minutes; cut into wedges.

4 large servings.
