Enchilada Casserole
Enchilada Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 large bell pepper, chopped, 1/4 c. chili pepper, 1 large onion, chopped and 1/4 c. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook meat slowly while adding onions and peppers until meat is brown.
Add tomato sauce and spices; heat.
Place a layer of tortillas in bottom of a large casserole dish, then a layer of meat, one of cheese, tortillas until casserole is full.
Cover with soup.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 400Β° until bubbly.
