Enchilada Bake
Enchilada Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, finely chopped, 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce, 1 tsp. basil leaves and 1 tbsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook beef and onion until done and drain.
Stir in tomato sauce, basil, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Place 2 to 3 tablespoons of meat mixture in center of each tortilla.
Roll each tortilla to enclose filling and place in 2-quart oblong dish.
Pour remaining meat mixture over tortillas.
Sprinkle cheese over top and cover with foil.
Bake in preheated 375Β° oven for 20 minutes or until bubbling.
