Elizabeth's Fudge
Elizabeth'S Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or real butter, 4 c. sugar, 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream, 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk and 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt butter in a heavy 2-quart saucepan.
Stir in milk and sugar.
Bring to a full, rolling boil, stirring constantly, until mixture reaches the medium soft ball stage.
Once this temperature is reached, maintain boiling for a minimum of 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; add chocolate and stir until chocolate melts.
Add marshmallow cream and stir until blended. Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Cool at room temperature. Cut into squares.
Yields 3 pounds.
