Cut crusts from bread and line bottom and sides of Pam sprayed 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Put cheese and sausage on top of bread. Beat eggs, milk and mustard, then add soup and vermouth.
Pour over bread.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Bake in 300° to 325° oven about 1 hour until bubbly and brown.
