Eggnog Pie
Eggnog Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. finely rolled graham crackers, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. margarine, 1 tbsp. water and 1 1/2 tbsp. plain gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine graham crackers and 1/4 cup sugar; add gradually to softened butter; stir in water.
Press into pie plate.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes.
Soak gelatin in 1/4 cup of the milk for 5 minutes.
Scald rest of milk.
Separate eggs; beat yolks slightly; add 1/3 cup sugar and salt.
Pour scalded milk over them gradually while stirring.
Return to heat and cook, stirring until custard coats spoon.
Remove from heat and add gelatin; stir until dissolved.
Beat egg whites stiff; fold into custard; add brandy and nutmeg.
Chill until thickened.
Pour into crust.
Chill until set and top with whipped cream.
