Eggnog
Eggnog is an easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 1 pt. milk, 1 pt. cream and 1 c. rum or liquor, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Beat eggs yolks; add 1/2 cup sugar.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold in 1/2 cup sugar.
Mix gently white mixture with yolks.
Stir in 1 pint each sour cream and milk.
Slowly add 1 cup (liquor).
Stir thoroughly.
Serve cold with grated nutmeg.
Makes 2 quarts.
