Eggless Mayonnaise
Eggless Mayonnaise is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. dry mustard, 1/2 tsp. paprika and 6 tbsp. evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Measure sugar, salt, mustard, paprika and milk into a bowl. Beat with rotary egg beater to mix well.
Add the oil, a teaspoon at a time, and beat after each addition.
Continue with this until 1/4 of the oil has been added.
Add the vinegar or lemon juice a little at a time and continue beating.
When all of the vinegar or lemon juice has been added, pour the remaining oil slowly, beating all the time.
