Egg Sausage Bake
Egg Sausage Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 11 slices bread, cubed, 1 lb. velveeta cheese, cubed, 2 lb. sausage (1 hot and 1 mild), browned, 8 eggs, beaten and 4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Put cubed bread and Velveeta cheese in a large mixing bowl. Add browned sausage to large bowl.
Add milk, prepared mustard and black pepper to beaten eggs; pour over first 3 ingredients.
Mix and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
