Egg Salad Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope unflavored gelatin, 3/4 c. cold water, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. lemon juice and 1/4 tsp. tabasco pepper sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Sprinkle gelatin over water in saucepan.
Place over low heat; stir constantly until gelatin dissolves, about 3 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in salt, lemon juice and Tabasco.
Gradually blend into mayonnaise.
Chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from a spoon.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Turn into a 3-cup mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold and garnish with salad greens.
Makes 4 servings.
