Egg Noodles
Egg Noodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, 1 whole egg, 5 egg yolks, 2 tbsp. melted butter and 1 tbsp. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix 1 cup flour, whole egg, yolks, butter, water and salt in a bowl.
Knead dough working in remaining 1/4 cup flour. Cover with cloth and let rest for 30 minutes.
Roll out dough 1/4 inch thick.
Cut into thin pieces.
Let dry for 30 minutes.
To cook, bring 2 quarts salted water to boil.
Add 1 Tbsp. butter and noodles.
Return to boil
15 - 20 minutes.
Drain and serve.
