Egg Noodles
Egg Noodles is an easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1/4 c. can cream, 1 tsp. salt and flour to make a very stiff dough, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix all ingredients together until a very stiff dough is formed.
Roll dough out until paper thin using lots of flour.
Let dry for awhile.
Roll into a roll and cut into desired size, fine or larger strips.
Let dry.
If not used at once, put into freezer bags and freeze.
