Egg Nog Pie
Egg Nog Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. cold dairy or canned egg nog, 1 (6 serving size) pkg. vanilla instant pudding, 1 tbsp. rum or 1/4 tsp. rum extract, 1/4 tsp. nutmeg and 3 1/2 c. (8 oz.) cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Pour cold egg nog into a bowl.
Add pudding, rum and nutmeg. With electric mixer at low speed, beat until blended, about 1 minute.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Fold in 2 cups Cool Whip.
Spoon into pie crust.
Chill until firm, about 2 hours.
Garnish with remaining topping.
Sprinkle with additional nutmeg.
