Egg Drop Soup
Egg Drop Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 6 c. chicken stock, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 3 tbsp. vinegar and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Blend cornstarch with small amount of cold stock in a large saucepan.
Add the rest of the stock, mixing well, and then remaining ingredients except eggs.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until clear, stirring occasionally.
