Egg Casserole
Egg Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 12 slices bacon, 6 slices american cheese, 8 eggs and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown the bacon.
Butter a rectangular Pyrex dish with butter. Layer bottom of dish with cheese. Beat eggs and milk together. Pour over cheese. Add 4 slices of crumbled bacon. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Crumble rest of the bacon on top.
Bake 10 more minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes, then slice.
